Rachel Dailey

Rachel Dailey spent 13 years teaching middle school English in Henrico County. Her classes center choice reading, vocabulary exploration, and deep literary analysis. Students also learn processes and structures that make them strong writers and practice their writing daily. In addition to classroom teaching, Rachel served as a Department Chair for English and reading, a division-level curriculum writer, and a multi-sport coach. She holds a B.A. in Corporate Communications from Elon University and received her teacher licensure through the University of Richmond. Outside of school, she enjoys working out, completing DIY projects around the house, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
