Doug Welch
Doug graduated from the University of Virginia and taught in the Charlottesville area before joining Orchard House in 1998. He has worn various teaching, coaching, and administrative hats at OHMS, and he currently serves as Director of Operations. Doug is inspired by OHMS's mission, his dedicated colleagues, helping students be their best, and making a positive difference in the world. Outside of school, you might see Doug running trails along the James River or in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
